History of the School:
This college was established on 4th April 2000 by the determined effort of the people of the community. It is a higher secondary level college. The institution still runs on the voluntary effort of the people of the community. Though the college has received academic recognition, it has not been enlisted as a M.P.O listed institution and neither has it been given any financial support by the government. Recently authority changed the name of college as “Goalgram College” instead of Shahid President Ziaur Rahman College. The CLC was established in 2005 under the sponsorship of Imdad-Sitara Khan Foundation, a charitable organization in USA.
